Diddy Faces Additional Lawsuits as More Victims Speak Out. Rapper and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing disturbing new allegations this morning, now dealing with a second lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman back in 1991. He is also accused of filming the entire assault. The victim, named Miss Dickerson, claims a lifetime of damages resulting from being drugged and assaulted by Diddy and his associates. The lawsuit, filed in New York, names Diddy and his company Bad Boy Entertainment as responsible for drugging and creating revenge porn. It demands a trial by jury and seeks damages.
Diddy’s lawyers dismiss the allegations as “made up and not credible,” labeling them a money grab. The spokesperson for Combs calls the accusations “made up and not credible.” However, Miss Dickerson’s attorney asserts that her client is courageously stepping forward to hold Diddy accountable, emphasizing that wealth and fame should not make him immune from liability.
Miss Dickerson claims that she agreed to a dinner with Diddy at a Harlem restaurant during a school break. She alleges that he intentionally drugged her, rendering her unable to stand or walk on her own. Her memory goes blank after Diddy pressured her to take a puff of a blunt. She claims the assault occurred when they were driving to a music studio, as she was unable to resist due to being drugged. Miss Dickerson further alleges that Diddy filmed the incident, and later, a male friend revealed having seen the footage, causing her severe distress.
Miss Dickerson states that she tried to file suits against Diddy in the past, but prosecutors required witnesses and cooperation. Feeling hopeless and afraid to challenge Diddy’s success in the music industry, she backed off. Additionally, she emphasizes that she never wanted to be with Diddy, having heard about his treatment of women. Another rapper she met on the set of a music video warned her about Diddy’s behavior, underscoring the seriousness of the allegations.
I mean if you ever meet a guy and one of his friends warns you about him, then leave that relationship right away. But we don’t just have Miss Dickerson calling out Diddy because another person has also filed a lawsuit. Now we don’t know the name of this victim; it was filed anonymously under the name Jane Doe. She claims that Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns assaulting her and her friends back in 1990 or 1991.
She and her friend were out with Diddy and Aaron Hall, drinking with them and buying them drinks, trying to get them wasted before inviting them to Aaron’s apartment. Jane Doe claims that she was offered more drinks and then coerced into having intimacy with Diddy. But at that point, it got aggressive, and Aaron and Diddy started doing things to her. After they finished, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Aaron Hall barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced her to also have sex with him.
Following the encounter, Jane Doe fled Aaron’s apartment. Days after the incident, Diddy allegedly visited the home where she and her friend were staying and assaulted and choked Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Diddy was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what Aaron and he had done to them. So both Diddy and Aaron Hall are in trouble for this, and they both have a lawsuit filed against them.
With all these lawsuits being filed against Diddy, it makes you question what else has he done. Kim Porter was a big part of his life, his long-term girlfriend; they even have kids together. Yet she mysteriously died, and people are taking another look at this. She died in her sleep from a lung infection. It actually took a long time for the autopsy report to come out. They claimed there was no foul play; she actually had pneumonia three days before she passed. She wasn’t feeling well; she said she had gotten the flu, so she sent the kids over to P Diddy’s home.
He says one night he was checking on her, and she was like, “Diddy, take care of the babies.” She said that before she had passed away. But a lot of people question Kim Porter’s death because she was relatively young and healthy. Why would she just suddenly die like this? One person tweeted, “Don’t forget the coroner who performed the original autopsy on Kim Porter also died shortly after.” I’ve heard a lot of theories about this, heard that she was actually going to be writing a book about Diddy and exposing everything, and that’s kind of what led up to her dying.
I mean, the coroner dying, that’s a whole other story, and it makes me think that Diddy’s got a lot of hands in the police department and probably in this industry, where he can cover up anything he wants. See, the coroner who was initially investigating Kim’s death, Ed Winter, died unexpectedly after he reported that he had found toxins in Kim’s body. But just when Ed was close to digging out the truth, he was thrown off the case and replaced by another coroner.
The second coroner was hella shady because it took him two weeks to confirm that Kim died from pneumonia. So if there were toxins found in Kim, it would make sense why she was sick for a couple of days and then passed away. Because if she was slowly being poisoned by someone, by Diddy, then it would be kind of a slow process, and then she would eventually die. And if this coroner was finding out the truth, then it would make sense that he would be taken off the case and then put away so that he couldn’t tell anyone else what maybe Diddy was up to.
Let’s break this down. Why would Diddy want to get rid of Kim Porter, the mother of his children? Seems pretty evil, right? But I think we are dealing with evil, and like I said, there are rumors that Kim Porter was going to do a tell-all book, and that’s why Diddy would want to get rid of her. Kim died from pneumonia, but there’s the first coroner report that said that she died. It was ruled a homicide, and they found toxins in her body to prove that she had been poisoned. You know that they have poisons that create heart attack and pneumonia.
Now, other people have entertained this theory. For example, Al B. Now, Kim Porter dated Al B, and he claims he doesn’t believe that she died of natural causes. He says that she did not die of pneumonia; she was murdered. He received the call while he was on the way to the BET Awards, and he said, “I do know very clearly that Kim didn’t just die all of a sudden over pneumonia. That’s some BS.” This is where I get in trouble, so he didn’t want to say too much. And that theory about P. Diddy getting her hooked onto drugs doesn’t sound that foreign because we see a lot of celebrities get hooked onto drugs.
I mean, even Britney Spears was put on lithium at some point, and it seems like they like to put these celebrities on these drugs so they aren’t fully aware and just kind of going through the motions. And I think maybe P. Diddy did it for control over her, kind of like how there are theories that Beyoncé could be on drugs because of Jay-Z. But again, that’s another video, and we’ve talked about that before.
Kim Porter was rumored to be writing a tell-all book. Now, this has been confirmed through various sources that knew Kim Porter. Kim Porter magically passed away a couple of weeks after Halloween. She was looking good, feeling good, nobody knew anything about it. She went to a doctor, right? She went to a doctor that gave her an IV. She passed away just days later from pneumonia. Kimora Lee herself, even a little while later, there are reports that she called for her case to be reopened because she was sure that something else had happened, that it wasn’t natural.
We do think there’s a reason why Kimora has been outspoken about Kim Porter because I think Kimora has seen a lot of the dark side of this industry. I mean, we’ve talked about her story with Russell Simmons, and it seems like there’s just so many monsters out here, and she’s got a lot of friends who are involved with these men. And she probably knows a lot more of the stories than, you know, what Diddy would do to her. So she probably wants this reopened because she knows there’s some truth here. But also scary to challenge him; he’s got a lot of power, and he can make people disappear.

Pneumonia is not a silent killer, I’ll tell you that much. But that’s when people started to turn to the doctor because if you remember from Cassie’s complaint, Cassie actually said that every single time she was hurt, every single time she was so inebriated on drugs, every single time she may have ODed, they didn’t go to just any old doctor. He either had private doctors that Cassie had to go to because she had to share what was in her medical reports with Diddy at all times. This goes from internal exams, um, when she suffered from memory loss, concussions, everything that was in her medical chart was delivered directly to Diddy because he wanted to know what was going on in her head, in her body, everywhere.
Do you really think that he didn’t do that with Kim Porter? I think that the doctor Kim Porter went to was also one of Diddy’s private doctors. The fact that he had private doctors says it all. I mean, he could easily cover up the abuse if she wanted to get records of these injuries. It’s like, “Well, she has to go through Diddy because he hired this guy who he specifically is paying off.” And it just shows how like he wants this control, he wants absolute control, and it plays out in his professional life as well because even in the industry, there have been people who have just died around him, people who it would be very convenient for them to be gone because he can go higher and higher up the ladder.
I mean, it even scares me talking about Diddy because he is such a powerful person. I don’t think he would go through my lawyers and send me a cease and assist. He would go after me myself, like he has everyone else. Thinking to myself the other day, Uptown Records started with five people: Andre Harrell, Al B. Sure, Heavy D, and Puffy. And Kim was the longest working employee because she was there from the very beginning. She was Andre’s personal assistant.
Kim is dead, Heavy D is dead, Andre Harrell is dead. The only two left are Puffy and Al, and Al almost died according to Jaguar Wright. It is not a coincidence that everyone who started Uptown Records with Diddy somehow ended up dead or almost dead under very mysterious circumstances. And even crazier is the fact that, according to Jaguar Wright, these people all died when they were in the middle of writing a tell-all book about their lives and careers, which would, of course, include Diddy.
So they either slipped into a coma and died, or in the case of Kim Porter, who was also Diddy’s ex, caught a bug and died from pneumonia. So clearly, this is a scary and dangerous man, and that’s why it’s imperative that we keep tabs on these different lawsuits being filed against him. Because if any of them actually go through, then we have some kind of record of his chaos and his evilness. I think that’s part of the reason why people are disappointed that Cassie settled with him. I mean, I don’t think that she settled just because she wanted a payout. I think she settled probably because it’s scary, her life is at risk, she’s got a family to live for.
So I would probably want to settle too if it’s like either me, my family, my kids, or like death. I think he’s a really scary guy. I mean, I’m personally scared of him, and seeing what he’s done to so many different celebrities, it makes sense why people are wary about speaking out against him.
